The shop
Sapori del Borgo store is located at via Poggio 17 / A / B, in Castel Guelfo (BO), and it is waiting for you to come taste quality cured meats and cheeses. You can find it open in the morning from 8:30 to 12:00 and in the afternoon from 14:00 to 18:15. In August, the shop is closed on Sundays and on Tuesdays and Saturdays afternoons.

Among the vast assortment of cold meats, old and new customers can always find new and interesting promotions. The union between innovation and tradition leads us to create quality sausages with a unique taste.

The passion and commitment we have for our creations start at the very beginning of the production process and continues throughout the manufacturing process. To ensure the best hygienic quality of products, a chemical, biological or physical risk analysis system is used. H.A.C.C.P. Further attention to food safety is given by the Certifications BRC (Global Standards for Food Safety) and IFS. (International Food Standard). Two Internationally Accredited Quality and Food Safety Standards from GFSI, the “Global Food Safety Initiative” to which the company has decided to adhere voluntarily, as it is not yet mandatory by law.
