To ensure the best hygienic quality of products, a chemical, biological or physical risk analysis system is used. H.A.C.C.P. Further attention to food safety is given by the Certifications BRC (Global Standards for Food Safety) and IFS. (International Food Standard). Two Internationally Accredited Quality and Food Safety Standards from GFSI, the “Global Food Safety Initiative” to which the company has decided to adhere voluntarily, as it is not yet mandatory by law.
